No Insurance Needed or accepted! We offer affordable pricing to be paid via credit card at the time of booking. We are unfortunately unable to see patients under the age of 18 or over the age of 65. Must also currently be in the State of Minnesota, No prescriptions will be sent out of state.

WHAT TO EXPECT

After clicking the “Book Now” button you will be taken to the scheduling page. Just pick out your preferred weekend appointment date and time to schedule. You will be prompted to fill out some basic information and pay the $89 visit fee. Prior to the time of your scheduled visit, you will receive a link to fill out some specific information about your pain. A link to connect virtually with the provider at the time of your visit will also be sent to you. Just click the link and follow the online prompts to access your digital device camera and microphone. Easy Peasy!

DURING YOUR VISIT

Please be in a quiet, well-lit area for your scheduled visit. The provider will confirm your history, current pain factors and discuss a treatment plan. Please note: common medications prescribed may include anti-inflammatories, non-opioid medications, muscle relaxants and oral steroids.
